Workforce Intelligence: your analytics cockpit
Workforce Intelligence is an AI-powered analytics cockpit — the Workforce Copilot — that lets you ask natural-language questions about your people data and get grounded answers backed by a full board of attrition, attendance, wellbeing, diversity and cost analytics. It reads signals across your whole organisation and answers with the analytics that matter.
Who uses it
This is leadership and HR-admin tooling — a CHRO cockpit. The role persona toggle offers HR Admin (default) and CEO, so the view suits both people operations and executive leadership (CHRO/CEO).
You reach it from the left sidebar under Insights & Reports → Workforce Intelligence. The header reads Workforce Intelligence with an AI pill, subtitled Acme Technologies · 1,287 people.
The three parts
Workforce Intelligence brings three things together on one screen:
- Ask — the Workforce Copilot ask bar. Type a question such as "Why is attrition rising in Sales?" and get a narrative answer, an inline chart or flight-risk list, follow-up chips and an export option. See Ask Workforce Copilot a question.
- Signals — the Signals we are watching cards surface emerging risks and the flight-risk list scores individuals most likely to leave. See Flight-risk scores and early-warning signals.
- The analytics board — a time-range toggle, a filter bar, six KPI tiles and twelve chart cards covering headcount, attrition, cost and wellbeing. See Filter the board and read the analytics.
