Manage badges and approve recognition (manager/admin)

Managers and admins shape how recognition works for their team.

Badges

In the badge area, create and manage badges — each has an emoji, a colour, a points value, optional daily / per-user limits, and an approval-required flag. Activate or deactivate badges to keep the set relevant.

Approvals

Recognitions that use an approval-required badge (or that fall to you by department) appear in your approvals queue — approve or reject each one. Approved recognitions release their points to the recipient.

Team management

Managers and admins can add, edit or remove team members (name, email, role, department, manager) in PeopleXP. Note: for most companies employee records sync from the main Kredily HRMS, so add people there first — see Add and invite employees — and PeopleXP reflects them.

When to contact support

If an approved recognition didn't award its points, or a new badge isn't selectable, raise a ticket with the badge name.
