Top up credits & set auto-recharge
The Top-up & Billing tab lets you buy credit packs, automate recharges, and review your purchase history. Kai Hub is admin-only.
Credit packs
Three packs are available (Growth is flagged hot/recommended):
- Starter — ₹999 → 1,000 credits (₹1.00/cr, never expire) — Buy Starter
- Growth — ₹4,499 → 5,000 credits ("11% bonus") — Buy Growth
- Scale — ₹8,499 → 10,000 credits ("18% bonus") — Buy Scale
Buy a pack
Click Buy {pack} to open the Buy {pack} pack modal, which shows the Pack price, GST (18%), and Total. A note reads: "Billed to the card on file (Subscription · Billing). GST invoice emailed to billing contacts. Top-up credits never expire and are consumed after monthly grant credits."
Click Pay ₹{total} to complete the purchase. A toast confirms: {pack} pack purchased — {n} credits added to the wallet.
Auto-recharge
The ⚡ Auto-recharge card keeps your wallet topped up automatically:
- Enable auto-recharge toggle — hint: "When balance drops below the threshold, buy a pack automatically. Billing contact is emailed on every purchase."
- Threshold — default 500 credits.
- Pack to buy — select from Starter ₹999, Growth ₹4,499 (selected), or Scale ₹8,499.
- Monthly cap — default 2 purchases/month.
Click Save. The toast reads Auto-recharge saved · below {n} cr buy {pack} (max {n}/mo), or confirms it has been disabled.
Purchase history
The Purchase history card has an ⇩ Export button (toast: Invoices exported). Columns are Date · Pack · Credits · Amount · Type · Invoice. Type is Subscription, Auto-recharge, or Manual. Selecting an invoice shows PDF (toast: Invoice downloaded).
Monthly grant rows appear here as ₹0 Subscription entries — 7,500 cr on the 1st.
When to contact support
If a GST invoice does not reach your billing contacts, or a purchase is not reflected in the wallet, contact support with the purchase date and pack.
