Leaderboard and the daily pulse

Two quick ways to see how your team is doing.

Leaderboard

The leaderboard has two views, built live from feed recognitions: - Top performers — people who've received the most points. - Most active recognizers — people who give the most recognition.

Daily pulse

The daily pulse is a one-tap mood check — pick how you're feeling (great / good / okay / stressed / burnt out). It takes a second and helps your organisation read the room. Admins see the aggregated trend and a team mood breakdown; individual responses aren't singled out.

The pulse is a quick daily snapshot, not a full survey — there's no custom questionnaire.

When to contact support

If the leaderboard looks wrong (recognitions you gave aren't counted), raise a ticket with an example recognition.
