ICICI bank integration & salary payout

Integrate your ICICI corporate bank account with Kredily to pay salaries directly from the Salary Payout module — no manual bank file.

One-time setup

1. Go to the Salary Payout module → Set up now to integrate your ICICI corporate account.
2. Enter your Corp ID, User ID, and Login ID (Login ID is optional unless you created one).
3. Log in to ICICI net banking and approve the integration with Kredily (this approval on the bank side is required before payouts work).
4. Add your account details — account title, account number, IFSC (these can be fetched and saved).

Pay salaries

1. Add the employees you want to pay — individually, or in bulk (download the Excel, fill salary details, upload via Bulk action).
2. Review each employee and the salary to be paid.
3. Select the employees and click Payout.
4. An OTP is sent to the account holder's registered phone; enter it to authorise — the payout is then released.

Tokens: some ICICI setups require generating/adding API tokens from the ICICI portal as part of enabling corporate payouts. Follow the on-screen setup and your bank's token steps.

Common issues

• Integration not working / payout blocked — the integration likely isn't approved in ICICI net banking yet, or the Corp/User ID is wrong.
• OTP not received — it goes to the account holder's registered number, not the operator's; confirm that number with the bank.
• Employee missing from payout — they need valid bank details + IFSC on file (see Update bank details).

When to contact support

The account is integrated and approved but payouts still fail, or tokens won't validate — raise a ticket with your company name and the error (don't retry a failed payout repeatedly).
