The social feed and announcements

The feed is where your team shares recognition, announcements and moments.

Post types

• General — a normal update.
• Recognition — appreciate a colleague (see Give and receive recognition).
• Announcement — company-wide notices (created by admins, pinned in the feed).
• Celebration — birthdays, work anniversaries and wins.
• Classified — internal buy/sell posts.

Post and interact

Create a post and choose who sees it — company, your department, your team, or your location. Like and comment on posts right in the feed. The sidebar may show AI nudges (for example, suggesting a colleague to recognise).

When to contact support

If a post doesn't appear for the audience you chose, raise a ticket noting the post type and the visibility you selected.
