Kai Hub: your AI credit wallet
Kai Hub is your single admin wallet for AI credits, metering & controls · one wallet for every Kai feature. It grants, meters, tops up, and governs the AI credits that every Kai/AI feature across Kredily modules consumes.
Kai Hub is admin-only
Kai Hub is the working surface for admins only. Other roles never see a balance:
- Managers see ✨ Kai works quietly for your team — "AI credits and metering are managed by your company admin. Every Kai feature in your modules just works — no balances to think about."
- Employees see ✨ Kai is included in your workspace — "Ask Kai about leave, attendance or policies anytime. Usage is covered by your company — nothing for you to manage."
The four tabs
Kai Hub is organised into four sub-tabs:
- Overview — your credit-balance hero card, low-balance banner, KPI row, and the burn-down and daily-calls charts.
- Usage — usage by module, per-feature drill-down, and usage by user.
- Top-up & Billing — credit packs, the buy flow, auto-recharge, and purchase history.
- Settings — AI Features, Modes, Employee Reserve, Caps & Limits, and Alerts.
A date-range selector in the header defaults to Last 30 days, with Last 7 days and Last 90 days options. A ⚡ Top up button sits in the header.
The credits model
One wallet feeds every Kai feature. Credits come from three sources and are drawn down in a set order:
- Grant — your subscription pool, granted per employee each month (for example, Professional · 500 employees · 15 cr/emp/mo pooled = a 7,500 cr monthly grant). The grant resets on the 1st.
- Reserve — the employee reserve, a ring-fenced share of the grant (default 20%) that keeps employee flows alive.
- Top-up — credits you buy. Top-up credits never expire and are consumed after monthly grant credits.
Estimated value is ₹1 per credit. Two execution modes govern cost: Kai Swift (fast, low-cost models) and Kai Genius (frontier models, reserved for the three features where depth pays for itself).
