Install the mobile app and log in
The Kredily mobile app gives employees self-service access on the go — clock in, apply for leave, view payslips, and submit expense claims — without needing a laptop.
Installing the app
Download the Kredily app from the Google Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iOS) and install it like any other app.
Logging in
- Open the app and enter your company email address — the same one your organization uses for Kredily.
- Kredily sends a one-time password (OTP) to that email.
- Enter the OTP to log in. You won't need a separate password for the app.
Permissions the app will ask for
To use attendance features, the app needs a few device permissions: - Location — for GPS-based clock-in and geo-fence checks. - Camera — for selfie or KredEYE-based clock-in, if your organization uses either. - Notifications — so you receive alerts for approvals, payslips, and reminders.
Allow these when prompted; declining them will limit what you can do from the app (for example, clock-in may not work without location access if your company requires it).
Common issues
- OTP not arriving — check your email spam folder, and confirm you're using the exact company email address registered in Kredily; try resending after a minute.
- "Email not recognized" — the address may not match what's on your Kredily employee record; check with your HR admin.
- App won't open after install — make sure you're on the latest version from the app store, and that your device meets the app's minimum OS version.
When to contact support
If OTP emails aren't arriving after multiple attempts and your email address is confirmed correct, raise a ticket with your registered email and device type (Android/iOS).
