Flight-risk scores and early-warning signals
Signals and flight-risk scores surface the risks worth acting on before they become exits. This is leadership and HR-admin tooling (a CHRO cockpit).
Signals we are watching
The Signals we are watching section carries four cards, each with a title, a sub line and a delta:
- Sales attrition rising · Bengaluru · 6 reps · 2.4×
- Burnout in Engineering · 18 people · low leave · 31
- Hiring outpacing exits · 4 months running · +112
- Cost per head down · junior-heavy mix · −3.1%
The flight-risk list
Ask Who is at flight risk right now? to bring up the flight-risk list, which reports that 42 people are scored high flight-risk. Each top row shows a name, role, a 0–100 risk score with a meter, a driver and a Retention plan → action:
- Rohan Mehta — Sr. AE · Sales · Bengaluru — 92 — 14 mo since promotion · OT 28% up · comp below band
- Aisha Khan — SDE-3 · Engineering — 88 — No leave 96d · 31h OT/wk · manager change
- Vikram Rao — Team Lead · Support — 81 — Span of control 14 · 2 recent exits on team
- Neha Gupta — PM · Product — 74
- Arjun Nair — AE · Sales · Mumbai — 69
- Sara Joseph — SDE-2 · Engineering — 63
Act on a score
Use Retention plan → on any row to move from the score to next steps. To explore the drivers behind a signal in plain English, use Ask Workforce Copilot a question — the same flight-risk list appears inside the answer card for "Who is at flight risk right now?".
When to contact support
If a flight-risk row is missing its score or driver, or Retention plan → doesn't open, contact support with the person's name and role.
