Add or remove add-ons
The Add-ons tab is your store for extra capabilities, priced per-employee-per-month (PEPM). Toggling an add-on stages it in your cart — nothing is charged until checkout. Subscription is admin-only — managers and employees see Subscription is admin-only.
How add-ons work
Each add-on card has a toggle that stages it in your cart. Add-ons that are already included in your current plan show ✓ Active and cannot be toggled. The footer confirms Changes are staged in your cart with a Review cart → link, and shows your Pending order total (incl 18% GST).

Some add-ons come bundled with your plan and show ✓ Active:
- Professional includes Multi-City Calendar.
- Enterprise bundles Geofencing, Expense, Asset, Letter Generator, Rewards, Tax Computation, Bulk Payslip, Flexi Shift and Multi-City Calendar.
Licenses strip
Add-ons you already own show a license strip: N licenses · Start … · Ends … · coterminous/trial.
Once you have staged your changes, head to Cart, estimate, checkout & payment to review and pay.
When to contact support
If an add-on you expect to own does not show its license strip, or a bundled add-on is not marked ✓ Active, contact support.
