BGV plans, credits, providers & settings
The Settings tab is where you (as an Admin) manage your BGV plan and credits, set verification preferences, and configure providers and integrations.
Plan & credits
Under Plan & credits your current plan shows as Pro ยท Active. The four plans are:

The full authoritative set of checks is eight: Identity, PAN, Address, Education, Employment, Reference, Credit / Finance and Criminal. (Plan feature copy above is shown verbatim.)
Branding
Under Branding you can set a Logo URL and an accent colour.
Verification preferences
Toggle these preferences to control how checks run:
- Auto-reminder to candidates (48h)
- Require consent before checks
- High-risk approval (manual sign-off)
An Activity log table records every change with the columns Action ยท Entity ยท Detail ยท When.
Providers and integrations
Open Integrations to manage:
- Verification providers โ OnGrid and KonnectNXT are on; Perfios is not yet configured โ Configure.
- API keys โ ATS Push and Kredily Sync are Active; use ๏ผ New key to add one.
- Webhooks โ verification.completed and check.flagged return 200; use ๏ผ Add to add one.
- Kredily directory sync โ Connected, showing Last sync 1d ago ยท 7 employees, with a Sync now action.

When to contact support
If a provider won't configure, an API key or webhook stops working, or directory sync fails, raise a ticket.
