Review and adjudicate flagged checks

When a check comes back flagged you review it in the Insights tab and decide whether to clear it or flag it for manual review. Admins and managers can adjudicate; managers see only their team's cases.

Open Insights

Open the Insights sub-tab. An AI · adjudication banner surfaces what needs attention, for example 3 cases need review….

Read the KPIs

Insights shows four headline KPIs:

• Avg turnaround 4.6d
• Clear rate 86%
• Flag/Reject rate 14%
• Re-upload rate 7%

A Turnaround by check type bar chart breaks down speed by check.

Check provider health

The Provider health panel shows each provider's status:

• OnGrid — Healthy, 99.2% uptime
• KonnectNXT — Healthy, 97.8%
• Perfios — Soon (Credit / financial — planned)

Work the adjudication queue

The adjudication queue lists cases awaiting a decision, each with Clear and Flag buttons:

• Select Clear to pass the check — toast: Marked clear — verdict updated.
• Select Flag to escalate — toast: Flagged for manual review.

Example rows include Imran Sheikh · Employment "4-month tenure gap" (Medium) and Pooja Nair · Credit "Score below role threshold (590 < 650)" (High).

When to contact support

If a provider shows unhealthy, an adjudication decision doesn't update the verdict, or the queue lists cases outside your scope, raise a ticket.
