Manage the hiring pipeline

The pipeline is a kanban board that shows where every candidate stands for a job.

The stages

Candidates move left to right through: Applied → Screened → Interview 1 → Interview 2 → HR Round → Offer Sent → Hired.

There are also terminal outcomes that take a candidate off the board: Rejected, Withdrawn, On Hold and Offer Rejected.

Move a candidate

• Move a candidate to the next stage from the board (or open them and change the stage).
• You can move forward and skip ahead if needed — the jump is recorded.
• You can send a candidate to a terminal stage (e.g. Rejected) from anywhere.
• Moving a candidate backwards, or pulling them back out of a terminal stage, is an admin-only action (it's logged).

Every move is written to the job's activity trail, so you can see who moved whom and when.

Screen and shortlist

Filter or search candidates (by name or email) within a stage, review resumes and notes, then move the promising ones from Applied to Screened and onward.

When to contact support

If a candidate is stuck and won't move to the stage you expect, raise a ticket with the job and candidate — a stage rule or a pending offer may be holding them.
