Schedule interviews

Set up interviews for a candidate and track them through to done.

Schedule an interview

Open the candidate and add an interview with: - Interview type (e.g. Screening, Technical Round, HR Round), - Date and time, and duration (defaults to 60 minutes), - one or more interviewers, and - an optional location (or meeting link) and notes.

The interview starts as Scheduled.

Track and change

• An interview's status moves through Scheduled → Completed, or Cancelled / No show.
• Cancel an interview if it won't happen — the candidate stays in their current stage.
• A candidate can have several interviews (e.g. Interview 1, Interview 2, HR Round); each is listed on their profile.

Interviewers you tag can see the candidates assigned to them and leave feedback — see Capture interview feedback.

When to contact support

If an interviewer can't see an interview they were added to, raise a ticket with the candidate and interview details.
