Give and receive recognition

Recognition is the heart of PeopleXP — award a colleague a badge, some points and a message to celebrate good work.

Recognise someone

1. Start a recognition and pick the colleague.
2. Choose a badge and add points and a message. PeopleXP's AI can suggest a badge and even draft the message for you — edit it before you post.
3. Post it. Recognitions appear in the feed and add to the recipient's points.

Some badges are set to require approval (or need a manager's sign-off by department) — those recognitions are reviewed before the points land. See Manage badges and approve recognition.

What you receive

Points you're given build up in your wallet and count toward the leaderboard. Your profile shows how many recognitions you've received and given.

When to contact support

If points from an approved recognition didn't reach the recipient's wallet, raise a ticket with the recognition details.
