Your wallet shows your current points balance and a transaction ledger — every recognition that added points, and every redemption that spent them.

Reward store

Browse the reward store and order vouchers (physical or digital) with your points. The catalogue of available rewards is managed by your admin.

When to contact support

If a redemption was charged to your wallet but the voucher didn't arrive, raise a ticket with the order from your wallet ledger — don't re-order.
