Your admin dashboard — a guided tour

⚙ Admin & AccessUpdated 2026-08-05

The dashboard is the first screen an admin lands on after signing in. It's the launchpad for everything you do day-to-day in Kredily — this article maps each area to the guide that covers it in depth.

What the dashboard is for

Rather than hunting through menus, the dashboard surfaces the things that need you today: your organisation at a glance, pending approvals, the payroll cycle's state, and quick paths into the modules you use most.

The core areas, and where to go deeper

First week as a new admin? Do these in order

  1. Finish the company profile (details, addresses, statutory identifiers).
  2. Add departments, designations and grades.
  3. Add and invite your employees.
  4. Set attendance rules, shifts and the holiday list.
  5. Build salary structures, then run your first payroll.

Each step above links from the areas listed in the previous section.

Common issues

  • A tile or module is missing from your dashboard — your admin role may not carry that capability, or the module isn't part of your plan. Check the permission matrix first, then your plan & add-ons.
  • Numbers look stale — refresh once; if a figure still looks wrong, open the module itself (the module view is authoritative) and raise a ticket if they disagree.

When to contact support

Raise a ticket if a module you're subscribed to doesn't appear for a role that should see it, or if dashboard figures persistently disagree with the module views.
