Ask Workforce Copilot a question
The Workforce Copilot ask bar lets you ask about your people data in plain English and get a grounded answer, backed by your live analytics. This is leadership and HR-admin tooling (a CHRO cockpit).
The ask bar
Under the hero Ask your workforce anything you'll find the ask input, placeholder e.g. Why is attrition rising in Sales?. Type your question and click Ask Copilot β or press Enter.
The tagline explains what sits behind it: "AI reads attrition, attendance, wellbeing and cost signals across all 1,287 people β grounded in your live data β and answers with the analytics that matter."
Example questions
Suggestion chips under the ask bar give you quick starting points: attrition, burnout, flight, cost and headcount.
You can also try these starter questions:
- What needs my attention today?
- Why is attrition rising?
- Where are the burnout risks?
- Who is at flight risk right now?
- What is driving cost per head?
- How fast are we growing?
What an answer card contains
Each answer comes back as a card with:
- A question title.
- A narrative paragraph with the key stats in bold β for example: "Annualized attrition reached 16.4%, up 1.8 pts in 12 months β and 65% is regrettable. The spike concentrates in Sales Β· Bengaluruβ¦"
- A mini stat row.
- An inline chart β or, for "Who is at flight risk right now?", the flight-risk list. See Flight-risk scores and early-warning signals.
- Follow up suggestion chips.
- An β¬ Export as report chip.
Follow-up chips
Each answer offers Follow up chips so you can keep drilling into the same thread without retyping β pick a chip to ask the next question.
Export as report
The β¬ Export as report chip on an answer card opens Report Studio with a preset query β for example "Attrition by department last quarter" β so you can turn any answer into a shareable report. For the full board export options, see Export and schedule board-ready reports.
When to contact support
If Ask Copilot returns no answer card or the export chip doesn't open Report Studio, contact support with the question you asked.
