Accept and pay a proposal from Kredily

When Kredily sends your account a custom quote, it appears as a proposal on your Overview tab that you can review, accept and pay in a few clicks. Subscription is admin-only — managers and employees see Subscription is admin-only.

The proposal banner

A sent deal surfaces as the Overview banner 📨 You have a proposal, with KPIs for Plan, Seats, Add-ons and Valid till, the price, and two buttons: Review and Accept & pay →.

Review first (optional)

Click Review to open the deal details before you decide.

Accept & pay

Click Accept & pay → to open the confirm modal, which shows {plan} · {seats} seats · {price} (fixed) with buttons Not now and Pay {price}.

Click Pay {price} to accept and pay. You will see the toast Deal accepted & paid — entitlements updated, your new entitlements are applied, and you return to the Overview.

When to contact support

If a proposal you expect is not showing on your Overview, or entitlements do not update after you pay, contact support.
