Export and schedule board-ready reports

Turn the analytics board into a leadership-ready report or schedule it to send automatically. This is leadership and HR-admin tooling (a CHRO cockpit).

Export the board

The export menu is grouped. Under Board-ready report:

• PDF board deck — Branded, leadership-ready (shows the toast Generating PDF board deck…)
• Excel workbook — All metrics + raw rows (shows the toast Building Excel workbook with all metrics…)
• CSV data — Flat export for analysis (shows the toast Exporting CSV…)

Schedule a recurring send

Under Schedule:

• Email this monthly — Auto-send to leadership (shows the toast Scheduled — leadership will receive this monthly.)

Export a single answer

Answer cards also expose a per-answer ⬇ Export as report chip, which opens Report Studio with a preset query — for example "Attrition by department last quarter". See Ask Workforce Copilot a question.

Reports hub

Under More, the Reports hub → item — Statutory & operational exports — navigates to the Reports module for statutory and operational exports beyond this board.

When to contact support

If an export toast appears but no file arrives, or a scheduled send doesn't reach leadership, contact support with the export type and the date.
