QuickBooks integration (post payroll to accounting)

Connect Kredily to QuickBooks Online so each month's processed payroll posts to your books as a journal voucher — no manual re-entry.

Connect QuickBooks

1. Go to Settings → QuickBooks.
2. Click Connect to QuickBooks and search for your company, then Next.
3. Confirm your company details and click Connect.
4. When it succeeds, the status shows "successfully integrated with QuickBooks."

Post a month's payroll

1. Process/run payroll for the month in Kredily (see Run payroll).
2. Go back to Settings → QuickBooks → Generate Journal Voucher.
3. Review the voucher; if the details are correct, click Post to QuickBooks Online.

That posts the journal entry to QuickBooks. To verify, open QuickBooks → Accounting → Chart of Accounts, search a salary component (e.g. HRA), Run report, and you'll see the journal entry.

Common issues

• Connect fails / can't find company — make sure you're logged into the correct QuickBooks Online company and have permission to connect apps.
• "Generate Journal Voucher" not available — payroll for the month must be processed first.
• Figures don't match — the voucher reflects the processed run; if payroll changed afterward, regenerate the voucher.

When to contact support

QuickBooks is connected and payroll is processed but the voucher won't generate or post — raise a ticket with the month and any error shown.
