Subscription & Billing: the Billing OS
Subscription is your Billing OS — a single place to manage your plan, add-ons, seats, checkout and invoices. The whole module is admin-only.
Who can open Subscription
Only your company's subscription admin can open this module. Managers and employees see a lock instead: the header reads Subscription is admin-only with the note "Billing, plans and add-ons are managed by your company's subscription admin."
The Customer Portal
As an admin you land in the Customer Portal, organised into these tabs:
- Overview — your current plan, auto-renew, seat usage and any renewal or overage notices. See Your plan, seats & auto-renew.
- Plans — compare the four plans and upgrade or contact sales. See Your plan, seats & auto-renew.
- Add-ons — browse the add-on store and stage changes. See Add or remove add-ons.
- Cart & Estimate — set your billing cycle, seats and coupon, then review your estimate. See Cart, estimate, checkout & payment.
- Checkout — pay by Razorpay or invoice. See Cart, estimate, checkout & payment.
- Billing — search invoices and view breakdowns. See Invoices & billing history.
The header shows the title Subscription with the Billing OS pill, and a scene switcher between Customer Portal and Internal Console.
Enforcement is informative only
Notices such as renewal countdowns and seat overage warnings never block you. The Overview footer confirms: Enforcement mode: warn · full access retained. Banners are informative only.
The Internal Console
The Internal Console is Kredily's own surface for our sales and operations teams — it manages the pricing catalog, per-account licenses and trials, custom deals, invoices and renewals. It is not for company admins. See Internal Console (Kredily sales & ops).
