Manager insights

Your insights dashboard shows a team engagement score (0–100) based on recognition activity, AI-driven suggestions (e.g. colleagues who've gone quiet, recognition nudges), weekly coaching tips, and a 30-day trend.

Analytics

The analytics view summarises total recognitions, top recognizers and most-recognised people, and badge distribution over the last 7 / 30 / 90 days.

Culture OS (Enterprise)

On the Enterprise plan, admins get Culture OS: define your organisation's values, map badges to them, and track a culture health score, value-by-value recognition, and a department leaderboard. A guided onboarding picks a culture archetype and suggests a value set, and you can set org-level OKRs. Admins also have an audit trail and AI usage metrics.

When to contact support

If your engagement score or analytics look empty despite recent recognitions, raise a ticket noting the date range you're viewing.
