What is PeopleXP?

PeopleXP is Kredily's employee engagement and recognition space — a social feed, peer recognition with badges and points, rewards, and culture insights. It sits alongside the main Kredily HRMS, not inside it.

Getting in

Open PeopleXP from your Kredily dashboard — you're signed in automatically (single sign-on), so there's no separate password.

What it is (and isn't)

• It is: the feed, giving and receiving recognition, your points wallet and the reward store, the leaderboard, a quick daily pulse check, and — for managers and admins — badges, approvals and engagement analytics.
• It isn't where you manage HR data. Your profile details, directory, leave, attendance and payroll live in the main Kredily app — see, for example, Update your profile & bank details.

Who can do what

PeopleXP has a few roles — Employee, Manager, and Admin (with Department Head and Super Admin variants). Employees use the feed, recognition, wallet, rewards, leaderboard and pulse. Managers add team management, badges, approvals and insights. Admins add organisation settings and the culture tools.

When to contact support

If PeopleXP doesn't open from your Kredily dashboard, or your role looks wrong, raise a ticket with your Kredily email.
