Visit the official website of your health insurance provider company >> Click on the 'Lodge a Claim' icon on the website >> Select the 'Track Claim Status.'
You will be redirected to a new page where you'll need to enter your Customer ID, Policy Number, Claim Number and Date of Birth.
Select 'Submit' after filling in all the details. Now you can check the status of the Insurance Claim.
