Kredily Account Deletion Policy

This policy outlines the process for deleting your Kredily account and associated data.

Account Deletion Methods:

There are two ways to delete your Kredily account, depending on the number of employees you have onboarded in the Kredily HRMS system:

  • For Accounts with Less Than 3 Employees:

    • If you have fewer than three employees onboarded in Kredily HRMS, you can directly delete your account through your account settings.
    • Go to Settings > Control and Permissions. You will find the option to delete your account within this section.
  • For Accounts with 3 or More Employees:

    • If you have three or more employees onboarded in Kredily HRMS, you will need to submit an account deletion request.
    • You can submit this request in two ways:
      • Through the Kredily Platform: While the option may not be readily available in your settings due to employee data, you can still submit a request by contacting Kredily Support.
      • By Email: Send an email to support@kredily.com requesting account deletion.

Deletion Process:

  • Regardless of the method chosen, once your deletion request is received, Kredily will initiate a verification process within 72 hours. This verification may involve contacting you to confirm your request.
  • Upon confirmation, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 21 working days of the initial request.
