What is the procedure for removing a departed employee?

An employee record cannot be removed even after the employee leaves the organization. However, you can make the employee inactive after adding the resignation and the termination details. 

Navigate to employee’s profile from the directory >> Go to work >> add the resignation date and the termination date and then go to Employement status and change it to INACTIVE.
