What is the procedure for deleting an employee's data who has left the company?

In the current system, the admin does not have access to delete or remove an employee record. However, there is an option to make an employee 'Inactive' after adding the resignation and the termination details, in case of an exit.

Navigate to employee's profile from the Directory>> Go to work >> add the resignation date and the termination date and then go to Employment status and change it to 'INACTIVE'.
